Ann is an environmental advisor at The Way Home (TWH). She began her career as a research chemist conducting environmental fate and residue studies for Bayer, then served as analytical laboratory manager for the startup KC Scientific Enterprises, where she helped secure EPA Contract Laboratory Program contracts for dioxin and volatile analyses within one year. In 1990, Ann founded CDR and served as a study director for Bayer USA, Bayer Canada, Syngenta, and International Agricultural Research, fulfilling U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention study requirements across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Since retiring in 2023, she has volunteered with TWH, managing vacant-lot assessment and remediation while applying insights from her diverse career to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
