Environmental Advisor, The Way Home. Early experience included research chemist for environmental fate and residue studies (Bayer), and analytical laboratory manager for a startup, achieving EPA CLP contracts for dioxin and volatiles within one year. She started her own company (CDR, 1990), serving as study director for Bayer, Syngenta, International Agricultural Research) fulfilling EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP) studies in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Since retirement in 2023, she volunteers at TWH managing vacant lot assessment and remediation, increasing efficiency and reducing costs by innovative solutions gathered from a diverse working career.
